Marmaladesoul hired me to add multiple select support to the Hierarchical Select module, which lifted that module to the next level. See the live demo to see what an amazing UI/UX enhancement this is.
To make this possible, the Hierarchical Select module’s logic system (which is separate from the rendering system) had to be rewritten completely. It was the key feature of version 2 of this module. It’s so robust now that it’s completely unchanged (only extended) in version 3.
This also shows the incredible benefits that open source software brings: Marmaladesoul sponsored this feature, for a module that was written for another client (Inter Auto Group). Both benefit from each other!
