This work was done in the summer between my third bachelor year and my first master year. I basically continued where I left off last year. I added a lot of refinements to the subscription system: an improved site manager for the end-user, improved search through our customer base to streamline the support team’s workflow, extended payment statistics for the owners, automated quota violation e-mails, the ability to manually create invoices (for major customers, who don’t want to deal with PayPal/credit cards, but prefer annual wire transfers)
